The 3ljl platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 3ljl does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If 3ljl discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

In the course of operating the 3ljl platform, certain personal data may be processed by third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or game content delivery networks.
